White Rock Marathon 2005
Kyle, Dustin and my dad all participated in the White Rock this year! Kyle and Dad both ran the half marathon and Dustin ran the full marathon. They all did a great job! Dad will be doing the full marathon in February at the Cowtown Marathon in Fort Worth.

Supper Club
We hosted the supper club for December at our new apartment. We had such a blast! What a blessing it is to have such great friends! We missed Gene and Jill, though!!

Fort Worth with friends
Most of the Carrollton YL leaders went to Fort Worth for the night. We had such a great time...dinner and an improv comedy show at Four Day Weekend. Tony and Cone were both BIG parts of the show. So much fun!!

We've moved!
Well we finally moved to Carrollton! We got the biggest Uhaul we could and filled it up completely. We are looking forward to not moving again anytime soon!!
Gotta stop at IKEA in the Uhaul to pick up our early Christmas gifts to each other. Kyle's office is completely IKEA.

Fall is here!!

Really cannot believe that it's November....the days are flying by and before you know it, it will be Christmas. The weather has been incredible...I love fall and the anticipation of the holidays!
We are keeping busy and enjoying all that is coming our way. I am now starting to help Kyle with the administrative duties of Young Life, continuing to substitute teach and will soon be exploring some new options (pending the outcome of Saturday). Please pray that Saturday goes well...I am pretty nervous. Everyone seems to have a lot more confidence in me than I have in myself. Please pray that the next few and final days of preparing will be worthwhile and that God will increase my comprehension. I've been preparing for about 5 months and I pretty much reached the burnout stage about 2 months ago!! :) Anything that sticks from this point on is by the grace of God!!

Here is Kyle at the State Fair of Texas a few weeks back. We went to see the Budweiser Clydesdales and decided that we had to get a picture of the the two Kyles together. Good lookin' horse, wouldn't you say?
